The salad is v...Thanks for the compliments Robert. The salad is very refreshing, if I do say so myself. I put romaine, cucumber, yellow or orange pepper, feta, and lots of sliced strawberries. I also put avocado if I have a ripe one. My vinegrette consists of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. I whisk it all together and toss the salad until every piece is coated with the dressing. It is my favorite. When strawberries are out of season, I use halved grape tomatoes instead.
